J’aime bien cette technique dont je n’ai pas le nom d’ajouter de la semoule sur le dessus de la pâte , cela donne un côté croustillant très agréable. Aux beaux jours, vous mangerez sous un cadre magnifique sous Les Halles de Cremieu. Prix de 13 à un peu plus de 20€ pour les pizzas. Si vous voulez mangez une bonne pizza , c’est ici que ça se passe"
